Ethel is a boutique property investment group. We are based in the frigid South of New Zealand - Dunedin.

We seek niche, long term investment opportunities where there are gaps in the market and urban infrastructure, fulfilling arising demands in the local economy.

Inspired by Dunedin's vast array of resident students and visitors, we create and operate high-end student accommodation and boutique hotels.

We choose strategic locations that we know students and visitors will love. Each building is designed with the vernacular and end user top of mind, through a collaborative stakeholder engagement process.
